I get a lot of questions in my DMs, Airbnb inquires, and via phone call, and I always love to address them on social media(while maintaining guest privacy, of course!) And every time I get an inquiry, it makes me think about what kinds of guests will think that The Palmer is perfect for them?
- Overnight guests traveling in from out of town for two or more nights, with six or fewer guests, who want to stay in St. Marys, and want to stay in the cleanest house, stocked with the most amenities, in the best location.
- Overnight guests who want an elevated experience. That means a comfortable and spacious property with lots of amenities. It does not mean multiple people sleeping in the beds, on the floor, on air mattresses, etc. They understand and respect and will follow the six guest maximum.
- Brides and their bridal parties who want a bridal weekend destination. - Photographers, marketers, and content creators looking for a bright and open space to rent by the hour, with natural light for photo shoots, brainstorming sessions, and creating sessions.
- Area business owners who are looking for causal meeting and retreat space for coffee meetings lunch meetings, cocktail hours, and strategic planning retreats without busting your budget!
