Hourly & Day Rentals

The Palmer is available on Monday evenings, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays for use as your private office/work/meeting space, business coffees, breakfasts, lunches, photo shoots & photography sessions, evening cocktail hours, open houses, sporting event watch parties, backyard BBQs, or just to get together with friends…think GIRLS NIGHT, etc. The hourly rate is $40, or you can book for $250 the day.

You’ll have use of the entire property, including the covered front porch with fire pit tables and seating for 7, the living room with seating for 10 (more if you pull in dining chairs), a dining/board room table with seating for 8, kitchen counter with seating for 6, a fully stocked coffee bar, full kitchen-including wine glasses, everything you need to make a cheese board, or cook a full meal, sun porch with a table and seating for 4, a bar, back porch with a propane gas grill, wood burning fire pit, and dining table with seating for 8. There are three flat screened Roku TVs along with high speed internet and wifi.
